IT Service Non-Contract Hourly Rates:

  • International customers welcome
  • CAD Billing Scheduled (Canadian Dollars)
    • $260.00/hour (CAD) standard rate during business hours
      • Minimum 4 hour initial block required, travel time is billable
    • $380.00/hour (CAD) emergency during after-hours, weekends, holidays
      • Minimum 2 hour charge, travel time is billable
    • Availability Reservation and Standby is $500CAD per half day (this does not include any consulting hours)
      • Used to reserve availability for post-implementation and/or post-migration support without utilizing consulting time and hours
      • Actual consulting services will be provided at standard rates
  • USD Billing Schedule (United States Dollars)
    • USD Billing Schedule available on request
  • Larger discounted pre-purchased hourly blocks available
  • Certificate of Insurance (including errors and omissions) will be provided
  • US Customers: W-8BEN-E will be provided
